What's Covered
Esta Ling products are warranted to be free from material defects at the time of delivery. If your product arrives damaged, with missing beads, broken string, or torn fabric, we will replace it at no cost.
What's Not Covered
Natural fading of scent over time, normal wear and tear, color variations inherent to natural materials, and damage caused by improper use (soaking in water, exposure to extreme heat) are not covered under warranty.
How to Claim
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and respond within 2 business days.
