Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, and Australia. For other destinations, please contact us for availability.

Processing Time

In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items (such as scent bead bracelets) require approximately 15 days of production including ~10 days of air-drying before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $12.00. Express Shipping (3–5 business days): $28.00. Free standard shipping on orders over $120 USD.

Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and vary by country.
