Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Made-to-order items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@estaling.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please do not send products back without prior authorization.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
